MUSC Report: VINDICATION!
Doc down there in his professional way "said without saying it" that I'm correct! He agrees that all these symptoms are a direct result of the meds, and furthermore, he recommended some alternative treatments. I discuss with pdoc tomorrow.
So there you are! Neuroleptic-Induced Movement Disorder.

The Return to MUSC
You may remember my that last visit didn't turn out well. Not only was I misdiagnoses but I was highly insulted as well. Now, years later I am returning (leaving this afternoon) to a different doctor and to a (hopefully) different department. Their movement disorder clinic opened the week that I was there last time and hopefully that's where I'm headed, cuz that's where I tried to get the appointment. Anyway, let's all hope for better outcome this time: that no one looks at my info sheet and thinks I'm either stupid or crazy (or both), that the doctor doesn't have a bigass ego in place of reason, and that we can actually SOLVE THIS PROBLEM! Aimeitis has a name and it's Neuroleptic-Induced Movement Disorder. Let's solve it!

One YEAR?!
Ugh! How on earth do I catch up a whole year?
Pottermania: Stayed up for the midnight showing of Harry Potter 5. Stayed up until midnight all dressed up for book 7.
R.I.P. Severus Snape: My broken heart weeps.
The Happy Gardener: My garden grows...in many directions.
A Good Year: 2007 Harvest for the grape vine yielded over 66 lbs. of grapes! Major pruning and little water makes for good scuppernongs!
Roommates: Construction continues and yes we still anticipate my grandfather, aunt, and her 2 children moving in. Constant possessions-winnowing-down ensues.
Moving up in the world: New bed has storage. New carpet is industrial.
My New Baby! A Kodak Z712 IS! Happy little thing!
TIMBER! 5 trees in the front yard were chopped down due to plumbing (and disease) issues. Front lawn now many degrees hotter.
O Christmas Tree: Will we ever put that thing up again?! Is this the second or third year running?
MEDICATION: After letting my system rest for a couple of years, pdoc and I agreed to try new meds that weren't on the market years ago. Narcotics and a migraine-maker. Migraines in your spine are a thing to experience...or not.
VINDICATION! Even if the upcoming *second* trip to MUSC doesn't agree, I know for myself that I have indeed found the correct name for Aimeitis: Neuroleptic-Induced Movement Disorder. Now if only the med schools will train the neurologists to look for it.
Uriel's Machine: New hobby: archaeoastronomy! Fun stuff!
SHORT HAIR! I cut my hair a year ago now and I haven't let it grow back out since. Goes well with my purple suit. :-)
Now, as for pictures? Well, little Kodak (needs name) has been plenty busy, but right now the program that came with it is making me reconnect over 800 pictures one-by-one after moving them. :-P I've joined a local camera club and I'm also thinking about an online gallery. There will be pix in the future tho! But for now, have a look at the new layout!
Also, I've added/moved a couple more pages from Dad's free space to mine: Http://web.ftc-i.net/~rainbowheron/index.htm
