And then there were 7 again

Papa passed away yesterday/today depending on how you look at it. He had a massive heart attack yesterday morning, was declared brain dead in the ER, and his body gave out around 4am this morning. Papa never got to meet the new lizard, who still isn't home yet.

I'm a Mommy!

My new "baby" is an adult Bearded Dragon and he/she gets picked up in 2 weeks when the cage comes in, then it's a quick checkup at the vet's and then baby's home!

Well, maybe room for juuuust one more?

Green iguana or bearded dragon?

Lesse, Dad & I have been going on and on about the green iguana for 15 years now, but the bearded dragon is less objectionable to The Mom *AND* I think that little beardie I saw today had a crush on me. Looked a little jealous when I held the baby green ig. And after all of the reading I've done and books I've bought on the green igs, I find today online that they're not *that* much different. Just that as beardies gain in popularity, the books on them I want to buy are less available. Howdoya fuggure *that* one?

So, big & green or small and sharp? Either way we're making salad (plus crickets for the latter).
