DG sent me this one, but I'm not sure whether to believe it or not given the date and all: Legal Battle Over 40-Foot Sculpture Heats Up. Yep, we Herons do tend to stand out in a crowd. ;-)

*I* think it looks nice...altho I wouldn't put it on the beach (read: hurricanes).
