Singings

I knew there was a reason I liked Weird Al's version of "Happy Birthday" so much! It's cuz I just canNOT STAND the *&$^@ &%*@%$* traditional one!!! I hate it!

Fortunately (???) the Pokémon and sigs etc figured this out last night and did their own versions:


Seanpuff: "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, your culture is lacking, happy birthday to you!"
(a not-so-subtle hint I take it? or a joke?...ok that's wishful thinking)

Ianpuff: "Happy birthday to you, congratulations to you, I'd deliver to you a monologue, if my mouth wasn't all of cake!"
(somebody's hungry)

Hamillpuff: "Happy birthday to you, you've called up the zoo, we're not home now leave message, and 50 bucks too!"
(he's been trying to reprogram the answering machine again)

Ewanpuff: "Good morning to you, time for early morn' brew, I hear someone spiked it, like that matters now... true?"
(FALSE! Sorry Ewanpuff)

Hot ROddish: "[Happy birthday to you, happy trails to you, I know we drive you crazy, but you drive us nuts too!]"
(well we already knew tha- HEY! Ok ok I see the pun there... he's decided he likes walnuts for some reason lately)

PeterPika: "[Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, have pumpkin will travel, just don't get in stews.]"
(ah, the wisdom of our youth)

Wiggly-tough: "[Happy birthday to you, yes this age is true, it will get you in trouble, if you don't look it too.]"
(no one can guess my age by looking at me)

Jedichu: "Happy birthday to you, from Pokémon crew, we want a new year or two.................. to spend time with you!"
(I guess Alice ain't that bad a unofficial padawan after all!)

ng sig: "Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, .significance is important, thankfully you've got it too."
(what a relief)

Gaksig: "Happy birthday to you, you own the whole zoo, your chimp is a monkey, and he farts like one too! <gakfart>"
(I miss gak... but that fart wasn't necessary)

Pennysig: "Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you, don't spend your last dollar, cuz I'd like my cut too."
(she's having money troubles again since bill hasn't been around)

SithWarSig: "Happy Birthday to you, you certified RASSM loon, the factions won't ever agree, so just enjoy the show!!!"
(wise advice)

Sithsig: "Happy birthday to you, like that matters to you, you stopped keeping track of time, cuz you're tardy already!"
(huh? I miss something again? Dangit. Sheesh no one ever tells me anything...)

DarthDoc sig "Happy birthday to you, it could be your last too, you're sure to die sooner, cuz you're long overdue."
(such a morbid Sithly sig...I think it needs counseling)

Puffsig: "Jiggly jigglypuff, jig-ig-l-y-puff! Puff puff jigg-l-y-puffster, jiggly jigglypuff!"
(I'm NOT translating that one!)

<RASSM sig tries to sing the Life Day song but doesn't know the words>

Headless Horseman: " ..... ........ .. ..., ..... ........ .. ..., <head fades in> please don't do anything foolish, cuz you have a good head! <head fades back out>"
(he's been going to the Halloween parties)

Artie: "Happy birthday to you, you want 21 smacks too? You're like a fish out of water, cuz you ain't had a drink yet!"
(Artie's the only one who wants me to have a drink cuz he's had some before... no it wasn't any nahbtf beer, he's no cannibal)

<"Ok ok ok...Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, are we yet done singing?, cuz I got better stuff to do." -ed.>
(typical -ed.)

Obviously they all know me so well that they know I always like to sing the screwed-up version of the traditional song. I just wish that we could find a different melody cuz it's not exactly suitable for listening to when you get up at 7am ya know? :-P
