DADGUMMIT ITUNES!
I just bought a $25 gift card and was prepared to download 25 songs. Natural right? Wrong. I open iTunes and I find I need an upgrade. I upgrade. Then it tells me that they've come out with an improved format and you can upgrade your entire purchased library for a price. Am I the only iTunes user who feels that the upgrade should be free?!

Methinks the iTunes executives looked at the number of downloads to date and thought: "Gee, we can make 2/3 more than we already have if we charge for upgrades! Nevermind how the customer feels, or the current economic crisis."
You heard me.

Just be thankful that they didn't do away with the 99¢ song!
