Things I haven't been blogging about lately that I really should have been blogging about.

the return of the AMWA virus: I knew the moment I decided to put up a page about it on the AMWA For Newbies site that it would return. Only THIS TIME I'm printing out full headers. I'll get you yet sucka!!!

Harry Potter I read all 5 Harry Potter books in 6 days (started the day #5 came out) and now I am hopelessly hooked.

Twister? A week ago, we had a really bad summer storm and for the first time in a VERY LONG time, I had to goto the center of the house. Problem is, where we're living now *has no* center of the house! Everything's got outside walls, direct access to windows (a skylight in one case) or there's no way to brace one's self against the walls. The only real center of the house are the washer/dryer which is a major no-no and that triangular closet I'm always complaining about. Y'know, stuff like "you can't put a large rectangle (like a towel) into a cramped triangle?.

Mom had called saying she thought she'd seen some green sky (tornado warning at some times). Since I had been unplugging and replugging stuff in several times for the past 2 hours or so, I unloaded the bottom of that thing and squeezed in. I don't know how long I was in there, but I don't think l'll complain about it as often as I do. At least, until another rectangle needs closeting.

Summer storms: Theeeeeeeeeey're he-re! Oh joy. :-P

Camera: Dad brought home a widget 2 nights ago: a DIGITAL CAMERA! This oughta be GOOD :-)...

Legally Blonde: Rented the first, saw the second in the theater. First one good, second not as good but it was good to see the homeland again.

Bridget Jones' Diary: Didn't like it. Shoulda had entries and stuff all thru the movie like in the beginning. Plus the plot just didn't feel right. Good to see Darcy again tho- and he smiles too! :-)

8 Mile: We all know I don't like sex in the movies and so I wasn't wild about that. Now the swearing part they can get away with because that's how they talk so it's not gratuitous. As for the overall movie, I liked it. As for Eminem- I can see where he doesn't want Al to do the music video for Couch Potato, but if he didn't want that, he should've let Al even do the song. I want to see a vid, but I can certainly understand where Eminem is coming from. He's still a jerk in that he can dish it out but can't take it.

the record button: I hate the fact that the record button for my radio is clear across the room and as a result, I haven't had much more than absolute zilch in the radio tapes department. No I don't rip, burn, and distribute.

Y'know, I know there's more, but I can't think of 'em right now....
