R.I.P. Steve Irwin, The Crocodile Hunter

I stayed up all night this past night doing webwork, and sometime during all of the hexidecimal working-outs, Steve Irwin passed away suddenly. He was doing a joint documentary with someone else and due to bad weather, decided to get some underwater shots for one he was working on with his 8 year old daughter. Somehow he got on the bad end of an enormous sting ray- puncturing him in the chest and killing him almost instantly.

The irony is, at least he wasn't killed by a crocodile. :-/

So often I'm asleep when these things happen, for once I was awake. It's so odd he's gone so soon, but at the same time I'm so glad he was around when he was. God Bless him, his family, his friends, his fans, and his critters. We salute you all!

Thank you Steve, we will all miss you terribly. <:.-(
